As with their previous pornstar featurette, "Women of Erotica" did a good job of depicting its subjects as ordinary women doing out-of-the-ordinary work; aside from a brief discussion of Skye Blue's history of abusive relationships and drug use, there was none of the stereotypical "damaged pornstar" rhetoric. The four women were depicted as healthy, happy—and perfectly capable of carrying on a (relatively) normal relationship.

Though each of the four stories followed the same general arc, each woman was given her own particular slant/focus. We've pulled one clip from each story to give you a taste of what you may have missed (and whet your appetite for the many, many reruns.)

Skye Blue: The lone director in the mix, Skye's story focused on her directing style—and how her hands-on focus makes for a different experience for both performers and consumers. At left, Skye on set.

Shy Love: Performer/agent Shy Love splits her time between set and the office; her segment devoted equal time to her on and off camera work (with a little bit of a detour for a trip home to meet her boyfriend). At left, Shy interviewing a prospective client.

Gianna Lynn: This segment was easily the most personal. Beyond the hook of "Gianna Lynn, pornstar/college student," Gianna's story was mostly a look at how her work effects her personal life: family, friends, and—of course—boyfriend. At left, Gianna on deciding to be a girl-girl only performer.

Kenzie Marie: Last but certainly not least, we have Kenzie Marie, the rising star. Kenzie's story focuses on her decision to sign a contract with Porn.com (a contract which seems to have fallen through in the mean time). Wild and crazy Kenzie learns the ins and outs of the industry, gets her lips collagened, and, of course, learns the art of pole dancing (left).

Shy Love, Skye Blue, Gianna Lynn, and Kenzi Marie make up the cast of this episode of "Secret Lives." Based on our previous experiences with the series, we're guessing this'll be worth a watch—but tune into WE tomorrow night to see for yourself (and check back here on Wednesday for our take on the show). That's because in less than a week Wicked Pictures will be declassifying all of their files on "Operation Tropical Stormy"—which is their high tech way of saying they're releasing the movie. Shot in such exotic locations as Hawaii and Chatsworth, OTS is the fiscally irresponsible sequel to Stormy's blockbuster porn epic—"Operation Desert Stormy."

Once again, secret agents Rachel and George (Stormy Daniels and Evan Stone) are paired up. Having just saved the world and been promoted, they reward themselves with a relaxing cruise that leaves them stranded on a jaguar and sex-crazed cannibal infested jungle hellhole. Oh, and it's also the secret lair of North Korean playboy dictator Kim Jong-Il. Despite the incredible duress they are perpetually under (with the threat of imminent death comically lurking behind every single moment on the island), the two manage to squeeze in just about as much ball-draining, snatch-quenching fuck action as a couple of horny honeymooners at a swingers convention in Jamaica.

Joining Miss Daniels and Mister Stone are a burgeoning cast of morally uninhibited young strumpets including Anabelle Lee, Nikki Rhodes, Devon Lee, Gianna Lynn, Mikayla Mendez, Mya Luanna, Shyla Stylez, Sammy Rhodes, Carolyn Reese, Havana Ginger, Renae Cruz, Desiree Diam, Mia Lelani, and Bella Ling. A cast of that size seems like reason enough to give this monster a look.

Whether or not this sequel will pack the punch of its predecessor, which garnered such lofty awards as AVN's 2008 "Best Comedy", XRCO's 2008 "Best Director", Nightmove's "First Choice," and 2008 Empire Award's "Best Overall DVD", "Best Feature", "Editor's Choice Best Video" and "Viewer's Choice Best Video", we cannot say. For now, we're just too busy pouring over the embarrassment of riches they included in promotional materials and waiting for our Operation Tropical Stormy Coconut Rum Flavored Lube to arrive—which should be here any minute now.

Ice La Fox, Whitney Stevens, Whitney Fears, Alyssa Reece, Renae Cruz, Abbey Brooks, Charli Laine, Karlie Montana, Ann Marie, and Gianna Lynn are beautiful eye candy in this movie, co-directed by Nautica Thorn and Payaso.

My only beef with this film (other than the fact that Thorn isn't in it herself) is the camera work. It is so fluidly filmed that the camera does not linger on a person or part long enough. This is a crime because everyone looks so good. A true hosiery fan would be happy that each performer is wearing and tearing her hose throughout her scene, but could be disappointed that the camera does not love them enough.

Maybe Nautica wanted us to not forget her.

Special kudos to the arresting boxcover artwork and to the punny, funny title itself. Looking forward to "Rapes by Rakes" (simulated, of course).

Actually. we’re not sure exactly what Ed contributes to "Tera Goes Gonzo"; we were too bust watching Tera and her costars to analyze things too much. But one thing is clear: with a supporting cast that includes Nautica Thorn, Daisy Marie, Roxy DeVille, Gianna Lynn, Kelle Marie, and Stefani Morgan, we’re more than willing to endure whatever other support staff Tera decided to hire to get things done.
