(We guess the O is for "onomatopeia"?) From a purely functional standpoint, there's nothing new here—click buttons, watch porn, repeat—but you do get a whole new library of smut to choose from when your other alternatives start to seem stale. Just as in the rest of our free market economy, more choices give consumers more power to shape their own destinies, or something like that. So get in there and let Kobe Tai help you strike a blow for capitalism!

<![CDATA[DigiRomp Brings All The Girls To The Yard ]]> Lesbians, rejoice! Sure, it may be hard to find porn that's made especially for you, but there are still some people looking out for your erotic needs. And, as luck would have it, they've put together a special little club that's for lesbians only! DigiRomp, aka "the place where all the hot girls come," also happens to be the place where all the hot girls post photos, videos, and naughty confessions ... oh, and find people to hook up with, too. Sounds like the makings of a hot lesbian porn flick if you ask us. Hey, maybe we can kill two birds with one stone sometime?

<![CDATA[Providers, Hobbyists, And Hardwood Floors: Walking The Virtual Streets]]> 2008_06_05_mouse.jpgFree and open discussion of things that were formerly considered taboo is one of the best things about the interweb: websites like Craigslist and The Erotic Review have made it easier than ever for johns hobbyists to hire hookers providers for sex sensual fun, and have also made it more convenient for sex workers auto racing enthusiasts to offer their services and network with one another. But that doesn't mean it's still not a mysterious enterprise with a language all its own (who knew that "We took a trip to the Mediterranean" was shorthand for "anal sex"?) and its own private message boards where users do their best to avoid the wrong kind of attention.

Take the website "Seattle Art Suppliers," for example, which used to be "St. Louis Auto Specialists"—and which is actually a forum where escorts and their customers can "discuss everything from gardening to philosophy to how they prefer one another's pubic hair to be groomed". (Or at least it was until an article about it appeared in the local alt weekly.) It seems that some discussions on the interweb still need to be kept under wraps after all. The more things change ...

<![CDATA[Deep Inside Zivity: What Kind Of Porn Site Does $7 Million Buy?]]> zivity1.jpgWe've been itching for a chance to peek inside the members' section of Zivity ever since we heard about their $7 million in funding, since nothing gets us more worked up than a throbbing, swollen seven figure price tag. Okay, actually we've been itching for a chance to peek inside since we heard that there would be naked models there too ... but all that cold hard capital made things all the more intriguing. Just what kind of porn site can you make with $7 million anyway? What kind of masturbatory wonders does that kind of money buy?

Well, eight months after it first started making headlines we finally managed to score an invite to the Zivity beta site, and now we can tell you: not very much.

After all the hype it's received, we expected ... well, something we hadn't seen before, or at least something pretty special. You know, something slightly more than just an opportunity to set up a profile page and look at some pictures of naked chicks female beauty.

Zivity.com Main Page

Granted, Zivity has entered the market at more than a bit of disadvantage. With megaporn site (excuse us, modern pinup showcase) SuicideGirls setting a certain standard for adult communities online, it can be pretty hard for any new kid on the block to compete. Still, given that Zivity is clearly aware of SG (Missy Suicide is one of their photographers), you'd think they'd at least try to have a site that's more impressive.

No such luck, though: aside from the photos and their totally original voting system, there's not much there there Does anyone really need yet another website where they can set up yet another profile? Sure, the pictures are pretty hot (if a bit tame) ... but why do you have to have one more profile to keep track of just to look at them?

Zivity.com Sample Model Page

Zivity.com Sample Photo Set

Zivity.com Photo Upload Page Photo Upload Page (note: no nudity for nonmodels!)

To be fair, Zivity is in beta, so maybe they have some other features in the works that will be in place before their public launch. If not ... well, we sure hope at least a chunk of that $7 million is winding up in their models' pockets. We hate to see good money going to waste.

<![CDATA[Boobik Makes Writing On Bathroom Walls Obsolete]]> 2008_01_25_boobik.jpgYou won't see the T-word mentioned anywhere on the site, but anyone who's familiar with the Twitter concept will understand what Boobik is all about: it's a service that allows you to share all your juicy "short experiences, thoughts and fantasies" by posting short text messages along with photos and video via IM, text message, or regular old fashioned emai. (Unlike Twitter, however, you're encouraged to tell folks you're playing with yourself under your desk at the very moment you're writing your message without having to worry that people are going to think you're a total perv.) Of course, a service like this is pretty much only as good as the community that grows around it, and so far things seem kind of sparse. Nonetheless, if you're consumed with the urge to let a fellow lonely masturbator in the UK that you just rubbed one out to some old Melissa Joan Hart photos you might want to give it a try. (Though if you are in fact masturbating to old Melissa Joan Hart photos, maybe you should keep that information to yourself instead of sharing it — no matter how new and exciting the technology might be.)

<![CDATA[Why Does Digg Hate Porn?]]> 2008_01_03_digg.jpg(See update below.) Fans of the Digg phenomenon know how valuable it is for any site to get a link featured on the social bookmarking behemoth. That's why our fellow Gawker Media siblings are constantly sending out emails asking us to check out their Digged stories ... emails that we immediately delete. You see, to us gentle pornsmiths, a Digg button is little more than a useless hunk of code, one that automatically rejects any submission deemed "obscene" or "pornographic"—i.e., any link that includes Fleshbot.com as part of the URL.

That fact alone wouldn't bother us so much if we didn't then have to sit on our hands as Diggers bestow link love on all kinds of racy material from more "respectable" sites. For example, recent front page winners on Digg included a link to Terminator fuckbots that we featured here a while back (before it became a traffic bonanza for our geeky brothers at Gizmodo—and don't even get us started on that doggie sex toy post .) The point is that we often engage in some good, relatively harmless fun that the Digg community obviously enjoys, yet we aren't allowed in the the front door because we're "one of those" sites.

2008_01_03_fox.jpgNow, we don't expect folks to start linking to our daily hardcore Flesh Flicks videos or anything ... but surely there must be some middle ground where porn lovers and folks with generous workplace filters can live in harmony. True, there have been several attempts to emulate the Digg model for adult sites, but they've all come up short.

Still, people love Digg and Digg lovers like sexy stuff. They helped earn a reprieve for that Fox News Porn parody after it was famously banned, other links submitted with "porn" or "extremely NSFW" in the headline do just fine ... and if you check out the "Best Of" lists from any of our sister sites, the most popular items (with or without Digging) are frequently sex related. So why can't we play along too?

2008_01_03_dogs.jpg
Of course, cynics might say that this very post is just another shameless attempt to bait Digg and score some sweet hot pageview love of our very own. (And they'd be right—too bad we can't Digg this link.) Just don't tell us that you didn't want to share that Jesus fuck doll ad with all your friends in the 2.0 world. Even if stuff like that is probably what got us banned in the first place.

<![CDATA[G-RL: Better Living Through Hot Nude Women]]> 2007_10_11_grl.jpg
If you didn't know any better (and if all those perky naked boobs didn't distract you), you might think the promo copy in the membership tour for the newly launched G-RL.com community was borrowed from a T-Zone brochure or something (though we all know how Tyra feels about young women taking their clothes off when it's not for fashion): "I'm thrilled to be part of a company that gives women a means of empowering themselves, while at the same time sends such a positive message to society." So obviously, if your interest in naked models doesn't extend much beyond a few cheap thrills ... well, it's probably not your kind of site.

2007_10_11_grl2.jpg
That said, it's always refreshing to see such a positive attitude towards taking your clothes off, and its community features make G-RL feel more like a well-scrubbed version of Suicide Girls or a tamer Abby Winters than a glossy boobfest like, say, Danni.com. But what about if you just want to look at some truly accomplished art nude photography (not to mention some hot naked babes)? You can do that too, via a free guest membership that give you access to a generous sample of preview pics from the couple of dozen sexy model galleries (sorry, Image Showcases) already on display. Who knew that looking at all those perky boobs could make us feel so ... you know, empowered?

<![CDATA[Beauty And Sin: Getting Naked For Art]]> 2007_09_27_beautysin.jpgIf you arrive at Beauty And Sin after seeing the "amateur" tag on this post hoping to see plenty of down-and-dirty girl- (and guy-) next door action ... well, you're probably going to be a little disappointed: it says right there on the splash page that "started as an art project to explore the line line between art and obscenity" and is "an online community for people to upload and share nude photos of themselves" instead of, you know, a dirty porn site. Which is all great as far as we're concerned; after all, part of our mission here at Fleshbot involves getting people to take their clothes off as often as possible. We're a little confused, though, about that "sin" part of the title: are they trying to infer that there's something inherently sinful about getting naked? Or that maybe, despite their strict "no sex, no oral sex, and no masturbation", we're all going to hell for getting turned on by the beautiful bodies on display here? We'll let you be the judge

<![CDATA[A Peek At The Peeq]]> 2007_09_11_peeq.jpgPollen, dairy products, dirt pipe milkshakes, certain lube ingredients, cat dander: these are all allergies we can sympathize with, but there's nothing we're more allergic to ourselves than a full-time day job. So when we heard that Fleshbot contributor Audacia Ray went out and got herself a gig at new social networking site Peeq, our interns nearly went into anaphylactic shock fearing a similarly employed fate. Their fears were soon put to rest, however, with the usual set of restraints and forced viewings of "Anal Hell"—not to mention the fact that Peeq is a social community that actually embraces sex, as opposed to certain other ones that run in fear (read: censor/shut down user accounts) at the peep of a nip. Oh, and did we mention the totally hot galleries they're featuring, like the first two from Steve Diet Goedde and William Bright? Maybe it's not such a bad job after all.

<![CDATA[Meet The Lazerbunnies!]]> 2007_08_02_lzaerbunnies.jpgIt's getting harder for us with our advancing senility to keep every alt babe pinup site and community distinct in our head these days, what with all those Burning Dollz and Razor Babez and Genocide Girlz floating around us like so many pierced and tattooed helium-filled balloons everywhere we look. So how does a brand spanking new site like LazerBunny manage to get our attention? Simple—by calling themselves "an elite fake rock n roll band of real hot naked models appearing in a still movie faking real life (IRL) with real people", mixing it all up with fine art and MP3s, and featuring some of the cutest alt girls (like featured model-slash-porn starlet Pinky Lee) to come out of Philadelphia in a while, or anywhere else for that matter. Dada and Situationist-inspired smut never looked so good.

You'd think we'd be tired of this sort of thing by now, but the newish Pose Party reminds us what's so special about smut in the digital age to begin with, what with its clean layout, enthusiastic (if not always grammatical) commentary, and selection of pics we haven't already seen on a bajillion other amateur sites before. There's a particular emphasis on the MILF-y and the BBW-y, so if you're looking for nothing but lissome coed types flashing their boobs on Spring Break you might want to look elsewhere. Well, you're in luck because we've just come across yet another social porn venture, appropriately titled, uh ... Social Porn. You should know the drill by now—users submit smutty galleries, other users vote on the ones they like, and the cream rises to the top so that you can skim off only the best of the boobies that are out there.
