OK, so maybe in some ways "Doctor Adventures" is not that kind of groundbreaking work: the title alone should tip you off that it's little more than a rehash of Brazzers' paysite of the same name. But what is interesting about both the site and the DVD is that contrary to all those tight white uniforms that August, Brooke Belle, Devon Lee, Claire Dames, and Rachel Starr are busting out of, this isn't your standard naughty nurse porn at all: these women are female doctors. Which, to anyone with a particularly fine-grained medical fetish to feed, is a totally different thing from 99.999% of the rest of that hot babe-with-stethoscope action out there. Who says there's no such thing as progress in porn?
