Now, we already know that you're probably angry that your favorite babe wasn't listed higher, or because that one chick you can't stand has no business being in the top 20. But it's not your list—and isn't getting people hot and bothered the whole point of these things in the first place?

Despite the fact that she was apparently a featured star at something called the "7th Annual Breakthrough of the Year Awards" this past weekend, it took our addled brains a moment or two to remember who Megan Fox was and why we should be so interested in the fact that her nipple made a public appearance at said event too. Then we remembered: she's that chick from "Transformers" with the sexy tattoos who also made the lad mag rounds earlier this year! (She also had a starring role on ABC's "Hope & Faith" for a while, but did anyone actually watch that?)
