Although we've been covering celebrity uncoverings for years now, we're still not really quite sure why it is that famous women have such a hard time keeping their nipples under wraps. But then again, who are we to ignore the desperate cry of areolas yearning to be free? Over the years, we've spotted more than a handful of accidentally uncovered nipples—or "nip slips," as the kids are calling them these days. Lindsay Lohan Channels Marilyn Monroe (In The Nude!)

It's true that we've seen various sideboob, underboob, bikini and even full-on vagina-flashing action from hot again, not again superstarlet Lindsay Lohan, but her eager admirers have long been clamoring for her to take part in a truly legitimate naked photo shoot. Well, their zen-like patience has finally been rewarded — and judging by the "wow" factor these photos are sure to elicit, it was worth the wait. Apparently, all that was needed was to mention the name of her idol, Marilyn Monroe, and suggest that maybe she recreate the blonde bombshell's iconic final photo shoot and Miss Lindsay willingly obliged with the clothes flinging. Here's hoping the desire to follow in Marilyn's footsteps ends with the photos and not her sad fate—but if Lindsay wants to keep going down the nude modeling path, we think she's got a bright future there.
