Lana Croft, whom last we saw in these virtual pages being mesmerized by Ange Venus and some Asian sirens, is back in a wet and wild adventure from the serene David Aaron Clark, who subtitled his latest movie "Mr. Hentai's Super-Funtime Asian Pool Party." (Never mind that Clark has never been an Asian a day in his life.) We asked what the movie would be about when he was planning it. "There will be a pool there, that's all I know." he said. "Then the magic will happen."

With a high-numbered and wordy title like this one, you wouldn't expect to have to put your thinking cap on, too. But Lana Croft's plight in this Porn Valley House of the Spirits is something to puzzle through even as the drool flows freely.

Fleshbot Literature Corner: David Aaron Clark's "Bitch Magnet"

I liked her lack of sexual self-control, but found myself bored by her submissive nature. There's nothing there to tame, or be tamed by. No struggle to mythologize. Still, the fellatio is superb.

"All Oriental women are odalisks," David Aaron Clark quotes Flaubert in the opening of his "Legend of the Oriental Luv Motel". Odalisk is a Turkish word, referring to the girls that weren't yet refined enough to be in the sultan's harem. The French later added their refinements to the word and it has since become synonymous with a lounging, long-ribbed sybarite, but Clark revels in the first meaning.

Regardless of how Clark feels about their station, however, the women are in control in this movie. Read our review after the gap.
