    Oh Eliza! I get the impression, born out by Joss Whedon's excited gushing, that she's one funny, switched on cookie. I'm just glad she doesn't take herself so seriously as an artist though that a little fan service isn't out of the question every now and again.

    @Come a little Miroslav Klose You're My Kind of Man: Sarcasm aside, this show is by creator Joss Whedon, who created, wrote and directed Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, and Firefly, three of the mostly highly acclaimed televsion shows of the past 15 years. His characters and writing are second to none. The depth of character, nuance and plot are always worth watching, and I wouldn't miss anything by Joss.


    It's no doubt Joss likes some boobs, but he certainly writes female characters that are smart, strong, sexy and believable; perhaps the most believable women on TV, and he does it without pandering or needlessly denegrating men, either.


    Simply put, Joss is a television god. Also, Eliza is fucking gorgeous, and I can't wait to see this.

I have no idea why the hell he would go back to the Fux network after the utter bullshit they've perpetrated in the past. Either Joss is a glutton for punishment, or he made them agree contractually, signed in blood, to give him at least a full season to get the show off the ground and not to dick around with his writing, episode order, changing up the time slot, or casting choices.


    All the above is what killed Firefly. Here's hoping he's got them by the balls this time aorund and they don't fuck him (or us) over.
