In between I end up going for the free stuff. Features bore me, if I wanted to watch a film I'd watch a film, for porn I don't want plot, I like a little lead up like the brazzer stuff but if there isn't action in the first 5 minutes I'm off.
It'd be nice if the big sites did niche stuff better, a MILF/teacher and a MILF/Mom's friend site aren't 2 different sites. Maybe if they could license scenes from the niche site, maybe delayed from the niche site so those really into something still have reasons to go there. If they did I think they'd retain more business as people get bored of the Teen/MILF/Big Tits gravy train. A bit of varity would go a long way.

It plays like the mutli-channel peeps like they had in Times Square years ago except you can scroll through a scene to see if it is even worth playing through in real time. Best idea for porn yet, IMHO

The exception to this as a few others have mentioned is the standout series, for example Big Wet Asses. That i will pick up religiously because i know the content will be good.

But seriously... well-crafted feature porn is far more enjoyable to me, and even worth paying for (if it has that high quality to it). It also tends to be the most expensive, as opposed to the latest gonzo, which can usually be bought on the cheap (comparatively-speaking). The old adage is usually true, though - you get what you pay for - but one takes a chance with the feature, whereas one usually knows what one is getting with Ass Worship.
I don't know... there has to be a happy medium in there somewhere - HQ feature with gonzo-style sex. Throw random niche stuff in their for added attractiveness, edit it in such a way that it can't be cut up into bits for various web site streams/downloads, and you might have something truly worth buying.

Quality and a company's mission are also big ones for me- I'm much happier to part with money to a site like Kink.com than another BDSM site, just because their values appeal to me immensely.
Features are fun, but truth be told, I'd rather VOD stream-rent them for extremely cheap and then, if I like it, buy the DVD. It always seems like you're taking a chance with features.

VOD and other stuff has challenges, as sometimes when the internet connection isn't working right in the bedroom it kinda ruins it, and I don't like re-paying for content I've paid for the first time. The quality has got to be at least DVD level on a 15 - 20" display too. A lot of VOD type stuff is heavily compressed and 320x200 quality.

And I love the DVD presentation, the packaging, having the glossy photos of the girls and action contained within, plus menu options, trailers and BTS. I'm the same way with mainstream film, call me old fashioned, I like a presentable collection of what I like!

Also, as far as all-sex and gonzo type features are concerned, no way I'm paying that much unless I know I'm going to love all the scenes. Which is why I like the website subscription model more. I'd actually subscribe to Digital Playground's website, for example, before I'd buy any of their non-story DVDs.

ya, i did purchase one month at nightcharm and was very pleased with their service. i still found it was still too expensive to continue but would think about buying again with a price drop, even if they thinned the content.

It's kinda like spending the money on those DVD sets for Star Trek, Lost and Coupling (UK). I can watch any episode I want when in the mood, it's why I invested in them, and for me it's the same with owning the Big Wet Asses and Ass Worship series...
