    Fuji-kun & ShyamariActaeus: The issue at stake is - Is it right for Apple to make the decision for you whether or not you need boobs or ass on your iPhone?

    So far, Apple has not iPhone apps with full blown nudity/sex. Is that OK, or is it censorship? And if so, what are the implications? Could that mean that Apple can decide to kill any controversial app, like say an app that allows you to find the nearest Planned Parenthood?

    @piggythewonderdog: It's their store. They can pretty much do what they want. Apple is not saying you can't have porn on your iPhone. They are saying they just won't sell it via the AppStore.

    And yes... it does mean that Apple can kill any controversial app they don't like, but only via the AppStore channel...not out "in the wild". It is just like Walmart not selling porn in their stores. There is nothing much anyone can do about it (nor should they be able to)...other than not buy the phone.

    That's the nice thing about having end to end "control."

    @cand86: The strategy to reverse the giant oversized sunglasses fashion trend:

    1) start wearing the opposite extreme, i.e. little wire-rimmed silver-dollar-sized sunglasses like they wore in the 1920s (which have the added benefit of vintage appeal).

    2) get all your friends to wear them, start a facebook group extolling the coolness of tiny sunglasses despite their limited UV protection abilities.

    3) find some celebrities, rap moguls & their vixens, porn starlets, etc., and pay them to wear tiny sunglasses. or, think hipster chic and get some kids to wear them as they ride their fixies about town sporting their faux working-class clothes.

    voila, trend reversed. I am gonna start right now w/ tiny glasses.
