    @Marlo_Davis: To be fair, there are two other ads, both featuring naked men. One is a black man, who's a crocodile, the other is a white man, who's a gorilla.

    @Lux Alptraum: Knowing that the ad agency knew well enough not to portray a black person as a gorilla makes their blind spot in "Panther" even bigger in my eyes.

    Considering WWF's 9/11 ad, it seems they're intentionally seeking controversy now.

    @Marlo_Davis: Seriously. It's not a matter of racism. That's convenience.

    I am glad that they didn't liken Black males to apes- that was them actually being culturally sensitive. Showing a Black woman in the forest, and calling her a Panther? That's just connecting the dots.

    This is the most compelling ad I've ever seen from PETA, both in terms of imagery and message (of course my dog was an adopted shelter mutt so I may be biased...).

    never mind the flaw in the ad itself, peta doesn't support the adopting of animals, it prefers to kill them rather than offer them for adoption.

    There seems to be a very fundamental flaw in this marketing. If I stop eating tasty animals, then PETA will stop getting hot celebs to pose naked. So what is my incentive to go veg again?
