We can all agree that there's something kinda sexy and mesmerizing about exercise videos, and when it comes to an exercise video designed for belly dancers, you just know you're in for some good old-fashioned jiggly fun. Glute exercises in general don't need much to be over the top, but with the right soundtrack and some up close and personal camera work all that butt jiggling really comes to life. We think that this is a great educational resource that you should pay careful attention to—after all, glute isolation is a skill the whole world can benefit from.
