AVN reports that a third adult performer, Jessica Dee, has also tested positive for HIV. Unlike Lara Roxx, who was just entering the business, Jessica has considerable video and photo experience under her belt; a search for her name at Ask Jolene turns up at least one hardcore photoset which seems to match the thumbnail photo of her in the AVN article, which you can look up yourself if you're as morbidly curious as we were.

Update In an update to the Jessica Dee article, AVN reports that "Bianca Biaggi has been identified as the Brazilian native that Darren James is believed to have caught the HIV virus from"; we couldn't find much information about her online, though her videography at Evil Angel says she appeared in two titles for the company, including Nacho Vidal's "Hard-Time She Male".
