Ordinarily we'd leave anything Kasumi-related for our video vixen-obsessed sibling site Kotaku to, uh, handle—but since we haven't heard back from him after we forwarded him this link to a Flash game involving Kasumi, some rope, and various "devices" and "discharges", we figured we may as well share it with you here in the meantime.
