Forget Nick and Vanessa in Mexico ... if you want a real musical celebrity sex scandal you need to head to Puerto Rico, home of pop star Noelia and (we assume) the location of this homemade sex tape shoot. Kk, so we've never heard of her either and since we couldn't even find a biography for her on a website called "Music of Puerto Rico" we're guessing her career isn't exactly skyrocketing. (Although it's probably still doing better than Nick Lachey's.)
