Dana DeArmond is my favorite kind of alt girl: she does her own goddamn thing (which lucky for us includes explicit nudity) and there's no faux-rebellious posturing. She just is what she is—chock full of personality and happiness in naked mavenry. An alumna of the ever-stylish Supercult, Dana started taking modeling seriously in 2004, after spending her formative years as a stripper.
Her eponymous site takes a page from the alt porn rulebook: keep it simple, keep it naked. The design is friendly and easy on the eyes, though its cool blue interior is no competition for the even cooler girl it's a backdrop for. Photo sets date back to 2003, where you can find pictures of Dana and a goat. (Stop thinking what you're thinking. These are wholesome pictures from a day at the RenFair.) Somehow Dana can pull off not-naked pictures on a pay site and make you feel like you're buddies with her instead of feeling annoyed that she isn't naked yet.
But let's not downplay the naked: there is plenty of that, and there's a definite evolution in Dana's style and predilections as time marches on. While the photos from 2003 are amateurish and kind of quaint, her more recent stuff is polished, sexy and deliciously raunchy while maintaining her characteristic sense of humor. There are eight different sections to the site which appeal to people who are enthused about bondage, girl-on-girl and lots of solo time with Dana and her pink parts. If you get sick of just looking at Dana (what's wrong with you?) you can check out her Girlfriends gallery, which features several other lovely ladies. Basically, if you're thinking about making the switch from tan/blonde/fake boobed porn to more alternative fare, Dana is the perfect gateway drug.
