Since Beer.com's Virtual Bartender we posted about earlier this week has been taking the blog world by storm, we thought you'd like the chance to get to know its star a little better—or at least outside the restrictions of her config file. Tammy Plante is a Canadian import who may not know as many online tricks as the Subservient Chicken, but she has big plans for the future: five years from now, she hopes to be "a pediatrician or a reconstructive surgeon. And an Oscar winning actress on the side." We think she's off to a great start.
