Sure, one could argue about colloquial word meanings changing over time, making "boner" and "gay" totally different when seen in context—but the jury might just have to take a powder on terms like "pearl necklace", "beat off" and scenes of our beloved boys in tights in a variety of extremely compromising positions, all under the banner of fighting crime, of course.
