Say whatever you want about a girl who would gladly subject herself to a 65-guy creampie—go ahead and say it, we'll wait—but all we can think of is, that's a lot of, uh, ... creampie. This helpful PornoTube clip only includes a handful of the aforementioned guys (and even less of the actual cream), but it does give you some sense of the physical demands required of such a feat.
