If you've been wondering why all seems quiet on the celebrity sex tape front lately, rest assured that at least one of them that made headlines earlier this year might be getting closer to appearing on a screen near you: AVN and Xbiz report that the Phoenix-based company that holds the rights (if not the legal clearance to distribute) the Colin Farrell/Nicole Narain sex video has been taking steps to sell it via a newly launched website, in the midst of case that has shuttled back and forth between federal and state courts over the past several months. Apparently, former Playboy Playmate Narain is eager to see the tape released, while Farrell's lawyers have been doing their darndest to keep it from seeing the light of day: might the fact that Farrell was allegedly quoted (contrary to what we've been led to believe) as saying "My bits looked the size of a cashew nut!" have something to do with it?
