Ordinarily the sight of Kate Moss topless would not in itself merit one of our Celebrity NippleWatch™ posts (er, not that it's ever stopped us before)—but given recent developments, we thought this video clip of Kate spazzing out getting happy at a photoshoot was at least of enough historical interest to share with you here. Let's hope that stint in rehab doesn't effect her sense of rhythm and feminine poise! (On second thought ... )
