At first glance this long-running (since 2004) website seems like another one of those fake viral pages built solely to get attention (much like actual fake breasts), but on closer inspection MyFreeImplants.com does appear to be the real deal. (It was mentioned on The Tonight Show recently, so it has to be, right?) Of course, this isn't the only time someone had the idea to match up women who would like to buy a new pair of boobs with desperate generous admirers who are willing to pay for them, but if the 300+ testimonials are to be believed, it might actually score you some free saline blobs. For the record, we think everyone should save their money and just continue to shake what their mamas gave them, but to each her own. (And ladies: should you do receive your new superpowers via the largesse on the site, please remember to use them for good and not evil.)
