After stumbling upon this fully-loaded gallery of Maxim babe Ashley Shank, we were intrigued enough to go forth on the internets and try learn more about her and why she loves ammunition so much. A quick search took us to ashleyshank.com, which then re-directed us to .... ashleygellar.com? Who is Ashley Gellar and why has she stolen this other girl's face and body? After much head-scratching, we finally realized that Misses Gellar and Shank are—much like Clark Kent and Superman—the same person! Why she's chosen to take on this secret identity, we may never know, but this little subterfuge also led us to the shocking conclusion that given Ashley's rather impressive portfolio, some of Maxim's "Hometown Hotties" may not be fresh-faced girls next door, but are actually (gasp!) professional models. We know that may be tough for some of you to accept, but perhaps browsing through her personal bikini and lingerie galleries will soothe your troubled souls.
