We're not 100% certain, but we're pretty sure that the NN in the name of this UK-bred site refers to "non nude"—unless "nnginc" is an approximation of the choking sound you'll find yourself making in delighted surprise when you start wading your way through the tens of thousands of photos of mostly fully clothed but otherwise delectable amateur hotties mugging (among other things) for the camera in a nicely chosen selection of party photos and other sexy candids.
