In Praise Of Gianna

Along with such stalwarts as "Best Fem-Dom Strap-On Release" and the always provocative "Best Overall Marketing Campaign - Individual Project", one of our favorite categories at the AVN Awards is the newish "Unsung Starlet of the Year" honor.
