"Currently I work with this woman who is twice my age but behaves like a small child...maybe not even a small child. She is constantly tearing other people down, makes horrifically inappropriate comments (ex: calling my ex-boyfriend by the moniker "psycho" for her own amusement), and most importantly cant't maintain professionalism which has started to ruin the reputation of our team."
