I'm not intersested in this stuff, but EA is making it clear they don't mind offending potential customers. I can understand a game that is platform exclusive, or maybe has a character that is platform exclusive. But releasing games on multiple systems and not providing some form of parity (Brutal Legend DLC prices, free stuff here) pisses me off. I bought BL, and if the PS3 stuff was sponsored by Chik-Fil-A or something to make it free, I'd say okay. But with free and cheaper DLC and extra stuff here on a multiplatform game, this reeks of my Sega Dreamcast days.
Edit: I may have to wait on Mass Effect 2 now. I enjoyed the first one, but the DLC expanion promises never really lived up to my expections or materialized (I thought there would be 5). I can't see giving EA full price for this game. Maybe it'll go on sale for $30. Sorry Bioware, sleep with dogs, wake up with fleas. Reply
