In yet another case of misguided governmental intrusion, the Georgia House of Representatives unanimously passed a bill yesterday that would make female genital piercing illegal in the Peach State (heh); while the original bill was designed to criminalize another practice, we submit the following galleries as evidence that the difference between sensual adornment and mutilation couldn't be more clear.
