Ian Schrager's $22 million 11-room apartment at the Majestic (115 Central Park West) is on the block and brokers don't think it's going to sell. The apartment includes a one-ton marble Philippe Starck-designed tub and white Starck bed, neither of which have been used because Schrager never moved in.
