The first time I ever saw Silvia Saint—on the cover of “The Academy”—I thought I was looking at a Real Doll, but extensive examination of her movies proved she was a walking, talking, fucking human being. That cover, though, still has an otherworldly quality to it, as though Silvia isn’t made of quite the same stuff as the rest of us.

Silvia retired a while ago, but every time I see that cover, I think back to the late nineties, when there weren’t that many Czech blondes in the business, and it brings back special memories. And then I have a little private time in the bathroom at the office. Hey, can someone get this cover off our desk? I can’t get any work done.
