Echoing something several of us here at Fleshbot have been thinking about for a while now, a Wired commentator explains why he thinks that NSFW is an outdated term since things that will get you fired in one office are just fine in another ... and simply calling things "NSFW" doesn't allow for grey areas. So instead of saying NSFW when you link to Fleshbot, for example, maybe you just say "Really Hot Porn That Will Totally Get You In Trouble If Your Coworkers Catch You Fapping To It In The Office" (or "RHPTWTGYITIYCCYFTIITO" for short)?
