In October of last year pornstar Brian Surewood was the other driver in what has been alternately described as a road rage, street racing, or reckless driving incident that killed a young boy and severely injured two members of his family. The discovery period of his trial completed yesterday and while expert testimony found him not at fault in causing the accident the charges against him still stand; he will be arraigned in two weeks and if convicted he faces a prison term of 25 years to life.
