An attempt to charge Texas strip club patrons an additional five bucks that would go towards state sexual assault support services and health care for the poor was struck down this week as unconstitutional. Which is fine as far as we're concerned: we're all for helping victims, but when that five bucks could also mean one more surreptitious grope while we're shoving a bill down someone's g-string we totally have to draw the line somewhere.
