Indiana has just passed a new law requiring all sellers of sexually explicit material (though not cheerleaders) to register with the government (for a fee, of course) — and believe it or not, the law is kinda vague, overreaching, and possibly unconstitutional! It's so unlike local politicians to do something like that, isn't it? (indystar.com)
