Oh, but if we had a nickel for every time a battered Betamax copy of a Seka movie figured into our adolescent sexual perambulations ... well, let's just say that we wouldn't have to support ourselves writing about porn for a living these days. (Try to remember how horny you were at age 16 and do the math and you'll see that we're not exaggerating. OK, maybe a little.) In one of the more entertaining interviews we've come across in quite a while, Eros Zine's Joanne Cachapero catches up with porn's legendary blonde goddess while she's doing dishes at her home in Kansas City and finds out that even idols like Seka have feet of clay: "I don't have a diva attitude. I put my pants on one leg at a time like everybody else." That may be true, but that wouldn't stop us from dropping to our knees in grateful worship if we ever found ourselves in her presence. (And Seka, if you're reading this: we'd totally be into helping you with some of that housework too. Just let us know.)
