Good news! Zoo Weekly (the Australian version, anyway) is half-price this week! It's probably because of the fact that unlike 95% of the babes who usually appear in this august journal, cover star Krystal Forscutt is not naked inside; the discount is obviously a preemptive strike to stave off lawsuits from disgruntled subscribers. Either that, or it's an attempt to crush up-and-coming competitors like the previously unknown to us "Bare and Naked Celebrities," which is more "informational pamphlet" then it is a magazine. (It's actually a Sunday newspaper insert ... sort of like Parade with boobs.) Zoo may have a hard time beating a cover price of "Free," but their ability to use a calendar could be an advantage considering that '80s icon Samantha Fox is prominently placed on BNC's list of Sexiest British Babes 2007. Nothing personal against Sam, but in this business, time stands still for no one. Or no one's boobs.
