Big Brenda, the town's 250-lb woman cop, has been wanting to get even with a local gang which has splattered her patrol car with garbage. Nobody messes with Big Brenda, and she is patiently biding her time, knowing that revenge is just around the corner, and that it will be very, very sweet!!

The gang of young punks is led by a goodlooking 19-year-old muscleboy, who loves to strut his stuff in absolutely skintight white satin tights, which are so low down on his hips that you can actually see the strings of a pale blue silk thong. From the bakc the sheen of his tiny silk thong is plainly visible through the gossamer-thin satin. The shimmering crotch of the handsome boy's danskin is so unbelievably bulged-out, that women drool lustfully at the boy as he swaggers past them in the streets.
