Someone sent us this link to an upcoming DVD title starring Darren James and "Lara Cox"* (one of Lara Roxx' aliases, according to Search Extreme) and asks "Could this be where the whole HIV outbreak started?" Although the description gives May 3 as the release date, it doesn't look like it's available for distribution yet. Let's hope it stays that way.
